Friendcation 2020 | Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina

Our first annual friend vacation! Well, hopefully we make it an annual thing. ;-) It’s been a looong time since Erick and I have gotten to go on a trip simple for pleasure. Not work-related, not to visit family… just to get away! When we were chatting with our friends, we all agreed we needed a little reset (it’s been a crazy year, to say the least). We picked a random weekend in November, booked an Air B&B and went!

We thought the beach might be a bit too cold… so we planned to visit a couple of places, eat yummy food, and play lots of games! We did all of those things… but also, when we went to visit the water, we decided it was too nice out to miss time on the beach. We ran to Target to pick up beach clothes + a swimsuit for Addie, and we spent the afternoon by the water. It was refreshing in every sense of the word. And Addie LOVED her first experience with the ocean! I mean, she couldn’t have been cuter.
